Schedule/Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

Summary:
The Inventory Team Lead supports daily warehouse operations by coordinating workflow, assigning personnel, and ensuring inventory accuracy. This role focuses on training team members, reinforcing safety and quality standards, and driving accountability and continuous improvement within the inventory function.
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate daily workflow and assign team members to inventory, storage, and material handling tasks
  • Oversee cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure accurate ERP inventory transactions
  • Train and coach associates on standard operating procedures, safety practices, and performance expectations
  • Monitor operations, communicate delays or issues, and support cross-functional collaboration with internal teams
  • Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and inventory processes
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; 2–5 years of warehouse, manufacturing, or inventory experience
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and strong focus on data accuracy and transaction integrity
  • Minimum 2 years forklift experience (certification required or ability to obtain)
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and maintain high attention to detail
