Job overview:

• Assist customers with equipment and tool rental selections using strong product knowledge to recommend the right equipment for their needs.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, explaining equipment operation and safety guidelines, and processing rental transactions.
• Coordinate equipment availability, inspect returns, and maintain accurate rental records while ensuring equipment is ready for rental.
