What You’ll Do
  • Learn and understand our client base—who they are and what they do
  • Use strong phone and interpersonal skills to recruit, hire, and match associates with the right job opportunities
  • Apply a consultative sales approach that goes beyond the surface to truly meet client and candidate needs
  • Build and maintain relationships with both clients and associates

  • A love of sales
  • Ability to learn and navigate multiple technology platforms that are constantly evolving
  • Strong written communication skills, including clear and professional email correspondence
  • Bilingual (fluent) communication skills preferred
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes
  • Proven attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
Education & Experience
