Pay: $18–$25/hr, based on experience

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM  No overtime 

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Door Fabricator / Glazier to assist in the fabrication, assembly, and installation preparation of commercial and residential doors, frames, and glass systems. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with glass handling, door fabrication, and basic shop tools, along with strong attention to detail and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble metal, aluminum, or glass door systems

• Measure, cut, and prep materials according to specifications

• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and work orders

• Install hardware, hinges, locks, and glazing components

• Handle and set glass safely using proper tools and PPE

• Operate saws, drills, grinders, and other fabrication tools

• Inspect finished products for accuracy, fit, and quality

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow all safety procedures and shop standards

Requirements

• Experience as a Door Fabricator, Glazier, or similar role

• Ability to read measurements and fabrication drawings

• Skilled with hand tools and power tools

• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs and handle glass safely

• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship

• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with aluminum storefront systems

• Familiarity with commercial door hardware

• Knowledge of glazing sealants, gaskets, and installation prep

• Experience in a fabrication or construction environment
