The Administrative Assistant is a key operational support role for a local financial services firm. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, this position ensures smooth daily operations and supports the Branch Manager/Wealth Advisors. The role requires professionalism, strong business knowledge, and the ability to manage sensitive information with accuracy and discretion.
Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and office visitors
Support daily office operations, scheduling, and workflow coordination
Prepare, edit, and organize documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Publisher
Manage incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries
Assist with business documentation and financial terminology
Operate office equipment including computers, fax machines, scanners, and periodicals
Maintain a clean and organized office environment
Lift up to 25 lbs as needed
Excellent organizational and time‑management skills
Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
Strong attention to detail
Extremely computer‑proficient; Excel experience preferred
Professional background with knowledge of business principles and financial terminology
Office experience; team leadership experience a plus
Outgoing, personable, and customer‑service oriented
B.A. degree or Associate’s degree (or equivalent experience)
Part‑time to start: 18–20 hours per week
Potential to transition to full‑time
Schedule: Four 9‑hour days per week
No off‑site lunch breaks
Pay rate: $20 per hour
