General Laborer / Construction Clean Up

Salary: $16.00

Job Duties: 

• Construction clean - up 
• Remove debris, scrap materials, and trash from construction sites 
• Sweep, shovel, and clean work areas to maintain a safe environment 
• Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment as needed
• Assist skilled trades workers such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers 
• Clean window, floors, walls, and surfaces after construction or renovation work 
• Operate basic hand tools, brooms, vacuums, pressure washers, or other cleaning equipment safely 
• Follow all job site safety rules, PPE requirements, and OSHA guidelines 
• Identify and report hazards, damages, or unsafe conditions to supervisors 
• Sort recycled materials and dispose of waste properly 
• Perform final touch-up cleaning to prepare building for inspection or occupancy 
• Maintain punctuality, attendance, and productivity on assigned job site 
• Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather and site conditions 

Job Requirements: 

• Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds unassisted
• Able to lift, stand, bend, stoop, push, pull, walk, squat, kneel, climb for long periods of time
• Able to work in different weather conditions 
• Able to repetitively use hands using hand tools and gripping

Work Schedule: 7:30am to 3:30pm Monday - Friday w/ OT as needed
