Actively recruiting for a full-time Customer Service Technician in a fast
paced optometrist office.

 

$18.00/hr 

 

Job duties include but are not limited to: 

•  preliminary testing for patients

• assist doctors with various duties

• assist patients in frame selection

• educating patients on lens technologies

• adjusting and repairing frames

• explaining insurance to patients 

• general office responsibilities

• Multi-tasking is a must

• Experience preferred, but will train the right candidate.

Requirements: 

• Previous office customer service or retail experience required
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn proprietary program
• Must be comfortable and accurate with basic math skills 
• Must have excellent customer service skills
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Must be able to stand or walk throughout the 8 hour shift
