Join a fast-paced, growth-driven team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR), where you’ll generate new business through outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting (calls, email, LinkedIn, cold outreach)
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads using defined criteria
  • Schedule meetings for Account Executives and Sales Representatives
  • Maintain pipeline accuracy in CRM (Salesforce or similar)
  • Execute follow-up campaigns to nurture early-stage prospects
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing on lead generation efforts
  • Meet or exceed KPIs for calls, meetings, and pipeline creation

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Experience in inside sales, lead generation, or customer outreach preferred
  • CRM experience (Salesforce strongly preferred)
  • Familiarity with ZoomInfo, Reply.io, or similar tools is a plus
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized, self-starter with a competitive mindset
