Experienced Customer Service Representative needed for temporary assignment for the night shift. Duties include taking calls from truck drivers who are stranded due to equipment failures & breakdowns and need assistance, then relaying those messages to the maintenance department.
Requirement: Must be able to use a computer, communicate with drivers, maintenance, and management. Able to operate in stressful situations and able to multi task. Background & Drug test.
Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, 5 pm-5 am
