Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Extruder Operator to join our production team. In this role, you will operate and monitor extrusion equipment to produce high-quality plastic products while maintaining safety and efficiency standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor extrusion machinery
• Adjust machine settings to maintain product quality and specifications
• Perform routine quality checks and document results
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and make minor adjustments as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with material handling and loading raw materials

Qualifications

• Previous extrusion or manufacturing experience preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and specifications
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Willingness to work shifts, including nights or weekends if needed

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
• Repetitive motion, bending, and reaching required
