Salary: $18.60 per hour

Express Employment Professionals is seeking dependable individuals for a temporary Meter Technician position. This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining water meters and related equipment in the field.

Compensation: $18.60 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday - 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (Overtime and weekend work may be required)

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and replace water meters and valves
• Investigate meter reading issues and water leaks
• Perform maintenance and testing on equipment
• Operate tools, machinery, and company equipment safely
• Maintain accurate records and complete assigned work orders
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Experience with maintenance, mechanical work, or utilities preferred
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Dependable with strong attendance
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
• Must pass background and drug screening
