Express Employment is seeking a friendly, professional, and dependable Bilingual Phone Operator to join our growing team. If you are fluent in both English and Spanish, enjoy helping people, and have excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you.

As a Bilingual Phone Operator, you will serve as the first point of contact for our clients' customers, providing exceptional service while handling incoming calls in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls professionally and courteously in English and Spanish
• Take accurate messages and relay information to clients
• Transfer calls according to client instructions
• Provide callers with basic information and assistance
• Maintain detailed and accurate call records
• Follow company procedures and client-specific protocols
• Deliver outstanding customer service on every call
• Handle multiple calls while remaining calm and professional

Qualifications

• Fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written)
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Basic computer and typing proficiency
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Previous call center, receptionist, or customer service experience is preferred but not required

 

Shift/Pay

Monday - Friday: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, $15.00/hr.
