Duties for the Operator are:

• Operate injection molding machines by following work instructions to produce specified products
• Inspect, trim, and finish molded parts to ensure quality standards are met
• Package completed products according to instructions, preparing them for shipment

Requirements for the Operator include:

• Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions in a production environment
• Ability to lift medium to heavy materials and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
• Attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety; closed-toe shoes required (safety shoes recommended)
