Be part of a great team with a reputable company! We’re hiring a Retread Technician to support tire retread operations in a fast-paced shop environment. This position involves working directly with retread machinery, loading and unloading heavy truck tires, and helping produce high-quality finished products.

 

Bilingual is highly preferred!

 

Responsibilities:
• Operate retread machinery safely and efficiently
• Load and unload heavy truck tires onto equipment
• Inspect tires and prepare them for retreading
• Assist with buffing, cementing, and retread production processes
• Monitor machine performance and maintain workflow
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety procedures and company policies
• Support inventory and production needs as assigned

 

Qualifications:

 

Experience in truck tire service is a requirement!

 

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Manufacturing, warehouse, tire, or machine operation experience preferred
• Ability to lift and move heavy truck tires regularly
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate equipment
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

 

Physical Requirements:
• Frequent standing, bending, walking, and lifting
• Ability to safely operate machinery and handle heavy materials
