Salary: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a dependable Paint Associate to support our client’s production team in an industrial manufacturing environment. This role involves preparing surfaces, applying coatings, operating equipment, and maintaining quality and safety standards.

Compensation: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday - 5:30 AM – 2:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and blasting
• Mix and apply paints and coatings
• Use sprayers, brushes, and rollers
• Read and interpret shop drawings
• Operate forklifts, grinders, cranes, and blasting equipment
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications 

• 2+ years of industrial painting experience preferred
• Ability to read measurements and use a tape measure accurately
• Strong attention to detail and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Dependable with strong attendance
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
• Must pass background check and drug screening
• Physically demanding environment with lifting up to 50 lbs
• Must be comfortable working in varying temperatures and industrial conditions
