Our client is seeking a Personal Dining Assistant!

 

Position Summary

The Personal Dining Assistant ensures individuals receive safe, accurate, and supportive mealtime assistance. This role focuses on delivering meals, helping with dining needs, and maintaining a clean, organized environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Meal Support — Assist individuals during mealtimes, including opening packages, cutting food, and providing hands‑on help.
• Diet Accuracy — Verify meals match required diets, allergies, and texture modifications.
• Meal Delivery — Deliver meals promptly and ensure correct items are served.
• Monitoring — Observe and report intake concerns or difficulties.
• Sanitation — Maintain clean dining areas and follow food‑handling standards.
• Communication — Relay dietary needs or issues to supervisors and dietary staff.

 

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service, caregiving, or nutrition support is required.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to follow detailed dietary instructions.
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist with meals for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and push meal carts.
