Salary: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a dependable Maintenance Manager with strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills to join our client’s team. This position plays a critical role in keeping equipment operating safely and efficiently.

Compensation: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday - 5:30 AM – 2:30 PM (Additional hours may be required until repairs are completed)

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and equipment repairs
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues
• Work with PLC controllers and Allen Bradley drives
• Maintain spare parts inventory
• Ensure equipment is operational before production begins
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance and electrical experience required
• Experience troubleshooting industrial equipment
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Dependable with strong attendance
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
• Must pass background check and drug screening
