Administrative Assistant
About the Role:
Join a growing capital region insurance agency as an Administrative Assistant in Colonie, NY, where you will play a vital role in supporting the team and ensuring smooth operations. Job Type: Full-time - 37.5 hours per week
Pay Rate: $50,000 per year / $25.64 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office tasks and provide administrative support to the team.
- Maintain organized filing systems and assist with document preparation.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless communication.
- Perform other duties as assigned to enhance office productivity.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- High school diploma; additional qualifications as an administrative assistant are a plus.
- Positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
