Production Associate – Parts Hanging/Finishing (Evaluation Hire)

Primary Responsibilities

• Hang parts securely onto racks or hooks for processing
• Remove finished parts from racks after processing
• Inspect parts for defects (scratches, damage, coating inconsistencies)
• Organize parts by job order or batch
• Move racks and materials between work areas (using carts as needed)
• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area
• Support general production tasks as assigned

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Frequent lifting, carrying, and repetitive motion
• Ability to move racks and materials throughout the facility

• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
• Dependable with good attendance

• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
