📍 Location: Redmond, Oregon

💵 Pay: $21 per hour

🕗 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (varies by job site)

🚗 Travel: Yes — must travel from job to job throughout the day

✨ Position Overview

We are seeking reliable, safety‑focused Traffic Control Flaggers to support seasonal construction and roadwork operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and helping keep crews and the public safe.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• 🚩 Perform flagging duties to control vehicle and pedestrian traffic

• 🚦 Set up, maintain, and remove traffic control devices

• 📣 Communicate clearly with crew members and the public

• 🛠 Maintain a safe work environment at all times

• 🚙 Travel between multiple job sites during the workday

• ⏱ Arrive on time and ready to work each day

📜 Requirements

• ✅ Valid driver’s license

• ✅ Reliable personal vehicle

• ✅ Ability to lift 25–40 lbs

• ✅ Willingness to work in varying weather conditions

• ✅ Flagger Certification — or willingness to obtain (we pay for the class!)
