We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Shop Labourer to join our team on a full-time day shift. This role involves cleaning industrial parts, material handling, assisting with production operations, and preparing materials for processing and shipment. The ideal candidate is physically fit, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and power wash industrial parts and components
• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the shop
• Assist with operating overhead cranes and other material handling equipment
• Prepare parts for storage, production, or shipment
• Stack and organize materials on skids and pallets
• Perform general shop clean-up and housekeeping duties
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Support production teams as required

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or labour experience is an asset
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly
• Experience with overhead cranes or forklifts is an asset
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Comfortable working in an industrial environment

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift
• Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks
• Comfortable wearing required PPE

Location Requirement

Candidates must currently reside in Burlington, Oakville, or Mississauga.
