Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Sales & Marketing Professional (Community Liaison) to build strategic partnerships, expand community presence, and drive business growth. This role focuses on developing referral relationships, increasing brand awareness, supporting prospective clients, and achieving sales goals through ethical, professional outreach.

Key Responsibilities

·         Build and maintain referral partnerships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and other referral sources.

·         Represent the organization at community events, networking functions, and outreach activities.

·         Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase visibility and generate referrals.

·         Educate families, clients, and referral partners on available services and solutions.

·         Identify new business opportunities, underserved markets, and strategic partnerships.

·         Track and report sales activity, referral trends, conversion rates, and market insights.

·         Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and excellent service delivery.

·         Maintain consistent communication with referral partners and key stakeholders.

·         Manage all outreach activities and sales efforts using CRM and tracking systems.

·         Provide regular reports on KPIs, pipeline activity, and market feedback.

Qualifications

·         3+ years of successful experience in sales, marketing, business development, or community outreach.

·         Experience building and maintaining referral networks; healthcare-related experience preferred.

·         Strong communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.

·         Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.

·         Proficiency with CRM systems, sales pipelines, and task management tools.

·         Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.

·         Professional, ethical, and customer-focused approach.

Preferred Experience

·         Home care, home health, hospice, senior living, or healthcare-related sales experience.

·         Knowledge of local market dynamics and referral pathways.

·         Experience analyzing sales performance and implementing growth strategies.

Compensation

Competitive base salary plus performance-based incentive opportunities. Compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
