We’re seeking a customer-focused professional to support clients, assist sales teams, and ensure a high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service across all accounts
• Build strong relationships through clear, professional communication
• Assist with orders, product questions, and order status
• Resolve product or service issues efficiently and follow up on resolutions
• Support outside sales by relaying customer needs and concerns
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer expectations
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Conduct outbound calls (sales, QA, and service)
• Share customer feedback to improve products and services

Requirements

• 2+ years of customer service or sales experience
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Detail-oriented with a strong customer-first mindset
• Basic computer proficiency and adaptability

Preferred

• Experience with commercial furniture or product-based industries
