Primary Responsibilities

• Operate rewinding equipment to prepare printed materials for final production and shipment
• Inspect printed products for quality, defects, and accuracy
• Load, unload, and handle rolls of printed materials safely
• Assist machine operators with production and setup activities
• Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment
• Maintain production records and follow work instructions
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards

Required Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or general labor experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Printing, converting, or press experience is helpful but not required

Compensation: $16–$17/hr (Benefit Package Available)
