Shipping Associate – 2nd Shift | $21–$22/hr | Forklift Required | Growth Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Shipping Associate for a well-established manufacturing company. This isn't an entry-level warehouse position — we're looking for someone who can hit the ground running, learn quickly, and become a valuable part of the team.

Schedule & Pay: $21.00–$22.00/hour | 2nd Shift: 3:00PM–11:30PM | Full-Time | Shift differential available

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick, stage, and load outbound freight orders accurately for domestic and international shipments
• Operate forklift, turret truck, or cherry picker to move palletized product throughout the facility
• Verify outbound shipments against shipping documents, packing lists, and BOLs for accuracy
• Process and print shipping labels, manifests, and freight documentation using internal software
• Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure orders are staged and ready for carrier pickup
• Maintain an organized shipping dock — proper pallet staging, labeling, and load sequencing
• Identify and communicate discrepancies in orders, quantities, or documentation before shipment leaves the dock

Requirements:

• Proven outbound shipping experience — you should walk in knowing the process
• Forklift experience required; turret truck or cherry picker experience a strong plus
• Basic computer skills required; SAP experience a plus
• Ability to read and process BOLs, packing lists, and shipping manifests
• Strong, stable work history with solid tenure
