Express Employment has immediate openings for Sandblasting and Powder Coat shop laborers. This is a great opportunity to be working with a locally-owned company in Lincoln, NE. Openings with weekly pay are available on 1st shift. This is an evaluation-to-hire opportunity with the potential to turn into a long-term career!

Position Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for powder coating by cleaning, sanding, and masking as necessary
• Monitor and adjust powder coating equipment settings to ensure proper application
• Inspect finished products for quality and make any necessary touch-ups or repairs
• Assist with materials handling, including loading and unloading parts onto racks or carts
• Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete tasks efficiently
• Other duties as assigned

Education/Skills:

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong work ethic
• Adaptable and can take direction
• Self-motivated and reliable

Schedule/Pay:

• Monday through Thursday from 6:00am - 4:30pm
• Pay up to $20/hr
• Employees paid weekly!
