Production Associate

Salary: Up to $19.50/hr

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Production machinery operation — Operate electroplating equipment, tanks, and factory production machines.
• Assembly production support — Work with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets.
• Safety compliance — Follow safety procedures and use PPE correctly.
• Warehouse & manufacturing tasks — Support general production and warehouse workflow as needed.
• Physical requirements — Lift up to 50lbs and maintain productivity in a fast‑paced environment.

Skills & Experience

• High attention to detail and strong reliability.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Preferred experience in assembly production, manufacturing, factory, or warehouse settings.
• Fast learner with a positive, hardworking attitude.

Schedule & Pay

• 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM (Mon–Fri)
• 3rd Shift: 11:30 PM – 8:00 AM (Sun–Thu)
• Pay: Up to $19.50/hr
• Weekly pay
