Packaging Operator

Located in Lincoln, NE

Salary: Up to $22/hr

This Production – Packaging Operator role is built for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced manufacturing or factory environment and enjoys hands‑on work with machinery, tools, and packaging equipment. You’ll support daily production goals, operate packaging machines, and maintain a safe, compliant workspace aligned with CGMP standards. If you’re mechanically inclined, detail‑oriented, and ready to grow, this is a strong long‑term opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Packaging machinery operation — Operate packaging equipment safely and efficiently to meet production targets.
• Mechanical troubleshooting — Use hand tools to perform minor repairs and resolve equipment issues.
• Warehouse material handling — Move products using forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Production quality control — Ensure products meet specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• CGMP compliance — Maintain cleanliness and organization in accordance with CGMP guidelines.
• Inventory support — Perform basic math for measurements, quantities, and inventory tracking.
• Machine inspections — Conduct routine equipment checks and report issues promptly.
• General production tasks — Assist with inventory management and follow all safety procedures.

Experience & Skills

• Prior warehouse experience, ideally in a manufacturing or packaging environment.
• Mechanical knowledge related to machinery maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of GMP/CGMP standards.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced production setting.
• Familiarity with manufacturing workflows, safety protocols, and quality control.
• Bonus: Experience as a machine operator or exposure to welding environments.

Schedule & Pay

• 1st and 2nd shift schedules available
• Pay up to $22/hr
• Employees paid weekly
