Collections Representative

Located in Fort Worth, TX

Salary: $18-$24/hr

An Auto Protection company is adding a Bilingual Collections Agent to their team! 

 

 

Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm

 

Pay: $18-$24/hr DOE

 

Job Duties: 

• Negotiates payment of all current and past due accounts by telephone, written or emailed correspondence
• Initiates correspondence regarding delinquency status and updates customer account information
• Utilizes collection techniques to resolve accounts according to company’s policies and procedures
• Researches, resolves, corrects, and prevents invoice discrepancies by active interaction with customers, sales, and other appropriate staff/departments
• Recommends collection strategies and/or efforts
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management

 

Ideal candidate: 

 

• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• One to two years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
