Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and skilled Countertop Fabricator / Installer to join our team. This role involves fabricating, finishing, and installing countertops while ensuring quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, and fabricate countertop materials
• Polish, finish, and prepare surfaces for installation
• Install countertops at customer sites with precision
• Read and interpret job orders and specifications
• Operate fabrication tools and equipment safely
• Transport materials and maintain job site organization
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures

Qualifications

• Previous experience in fabrication, construction, or installation preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on skills
• Ability to read measurements and use basic tools
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality workmanship
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a physical environment
• Dependable with a strong work ethic
• Valid driver’s license preferred (for installation work)
