Schedule: Night Shift – 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM
Pay: $20.60/hour + $1.00 shift differential
Total Pay: $21.60/hour

Position Overview

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cold Form Set Up Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for setting up, adjusting, and assisting in the operation of cold forming equipment to produce parts that meet production and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up cold form machines for production runs
• Make adjustments to ensure accurate production
• Read and interpret work orders and production specifications
• Load materials and monitor machine operation
• Inspect parts for quality and defects
• Use measuring tools to verify product accuracy
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues
• Change tooling, dies, and machine components as needed
• Maintain production and quality documentation
• Ensure a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all safety rules, PPE requirements, and procedures

Qualifications

• Previous experience in machine operation, setup, or manufacturing preferred
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable working with machinery
• Ability to read and follow instructions and production details
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable and able to work night shift hours
