Location: Dallas, TX
Schedule: 10–12 Hour Shifts (Schedule Varies) 2 shifts available: Mon-Thursday & Fri-Sun

Environment: Non-Climate Controlled Warehouse

About the Company

Our client is a rapidly growing liquidation and online auction company that specializes in selling overstock, returned, and clearance merchandise from major retailers. Products range from electronics, apparel, sporting goods, and household items to small furniture and other consumer products.

This is a fast-paced warehouse environment processing thousands of items weekly and fulfilling more than 600 customer pickups daily.

Important Work Environment Information

This facility is NOT climate controlled. Associates must be comfortable working in a warehouse environment with exposure to extreme heat during warmer months.

To help employees stay safe and comfortable, the company provides:

Candidates must be able to:

• Stand and walk for 10–12 hours per shift
• Frequently bend, reach, squat, and lift
• Lift up to 50 pounds throughout the day
• Work efficiently in a high-volume warehouse environment

Order Picker

Job Summary

Order Pickers are responsible for locating purchased items throughout the warehouse using handheld scanners and preparing customer orders for pickup.

Responsibilities

• Use a handheld scanner to locate purchased merchandise throughout the warehouse
• Accurately identify and retrieve items from shelving locations
• Scan items to verify order accuracy
• Place items into designated pickup bins and staging areas
• Maintain productivity and accuracy standards
• Work safely in a fast-paced environment
• Assist with warehouse organization and housekeeping as needed

Ideal Background

• Order picking experience preferred
• RF scanner experience preferred
• Comfortable walking long distances throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Inventory Processor

Job Summary

Inventory Processors are responsible for receiving, sorting, scanning, labeling, and shelving merchandise throughout the warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Unpack returned, overstock, and clearance merchandise
• Inspect items for basic condition and categorization
• Attach inventory labels and scan products into the system
• Accurately categorize merchandise
• Place products in assigned warehouse locations and shelving areas
• Maintain inventory accuracy and organization
• Meet daily processing goals in a fast-paced environment

Ideal Background

• Inventory, warehouse, stocking, receiving, or merchandising experience preferred
• Experience using scanners and inventory systems a plus
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work quickly while maintaining accuracy
