About the Company

Express Employment is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinatorto join our client’s team.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipments and work with carriers to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Monitor inventory levels, place purchase orders, and resolve stock issues.
• Maintain shipping documents, invoices, and inventory records.
• Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to support daily operations.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and alternative sourcing options.
• Track and resolve shipping, inventory, and supply chain issues.
• Support manufacturing and store operations across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business, or related experience.
• 1–2 years of experience in logistics, purchasing, inventory, or supply chain support.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
•  

Preferred

·                     Experience with inventory management systems or ERP software.

·                     Experience working with vendors, suppliers, or freight carriers.
