We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Landscaping/Farm Laborer to join our team in Walling, TN. This position involves a variety of outdoor tasks related to landscaping and farm work. Ideal candidates will have prior experience and be comfortable working in rugged outdoor conditions, including areas with poison ivy.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform weed eating and general vegetation control
• Move rocks and assist with land leveling projects
• Assist with building and maintaining retaining walls
• Identify and safely extract poison ivy and other invasive plants
• Perform general labor tasks as needed for landscaping and farm operations
• Follow instructions and complete assigned tasks efficiently

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous experience in landscaping, farm labor, or similar outdoor work required
• Ability and willingness to work around poison ivy
• Must be able to follow directions and work independently or as part of a team
• Reliable transportation to and from the job site

Physical Requirements

• Ability to bend, stoop, and stand for long periods
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable performing physically demanding work in various outdoor environments

Work Environment

• Outdoor work in all weather conditions (heat, cold, humidity, etc.)
• Exposure to uneven terrain, plants, and natural elements

Compensation

• Starting pay of $16 per hour, with potential for growth based on performance and experience.
