A leader in the seismic protection designing and manufacturing spring isolators, rails, structural steel frames, bases, vibration pads, hangers, and other custom seismic protection solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Assembly Room Clerk to support daily production and assembly operations.

Summary: The ideal candidate will assist with organizing materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, preparing components for assembly, and ensuring smooth workflow throughout the assembly department. This role requires strong communication skills in both Spanish and English and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, organize, and distribute materials and parts to assembly personnel.
• Maintain accurate inventory and material counts within the assembly room.
• Receive, label, and store incoming parts and supplies.
• Assist with packing, staging, and shipping finished products as needed.
• Verify work orders, pick lists, and production documentation for accuracy.
• Keep assembly and storage areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, and shipping departments to ensure timely workflow.
• Operate basic warehouse and assembly equipment safely and efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors in both English and Spanish.
• Follow company safety procedures and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in Spanish and English required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or clerical support preferred.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to read work orders and follow instructions accurately.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
