We are currently looking for production associates to join our OAKVILLE team. This is a full-time, opportunity. We are looking for a positive, energetic candidates that are highly motivated and wants to work in a team environment!

This position operates on a rotational schedule - 1 week of days and 1 week of afternoons.

Candidates must reside in Canada and be legally authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship now or in the future.

Candidates must have own vehicle and be living in Mississauga, Oakville or Burlington

Responsibilities

• Visual inspection for issues related to bubbling labels, cupping, dimpling, staining, stitching, scratches, or other defects
• Read work orders and production schedules to ensure conformance to customer specifications
• Set up, start and shut down machines & monitor their operations, restocking materials as required

Physical Demands

• Required to sit or stand for long periods of time
• Involves repetitive motions; use of hands and wrist continuously in a controlled environment
• Must be able to lift (from floor to waist height), push and pull 50lbs consistently throughout shift
• Engage in frequent bending, stooping, squatting, pushing, and pulling of parts and part containers
• Due to the open environment of the warehouse, must be able to work in various weather conditions
• Adaptable to relative sound pressure levels
• Verify paperwork to confirm components required for the specific job are correct.
