What You'll Do

As a Line Operator, you'll play a key role in maintaining efficient production operations and ensuring quality standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment according to work orders and established process parameters
• Monitor tanks, solution levels, and rinse systems to ensure proper operation and cleanliness
• Load and unload fixtures and materials safely and efficiently
• Inspect parts and verify work orders for accuracy and completeness
• Maintain production records and ensure documentation is completed correctly
• Identify and troubleshoot equipment issues and quality concerns
• Communicate production or maintenance issues to supervisors as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all health and safety procedures and company policies
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and production goals

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
