Express is seeking a dedicated and skilled Machine Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining production machinery to ensure efficient operations, quality output, and a safe working environment. This position is ideal for individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Machine Operation: Set up, operate, and monitor machinery in accordance with safety guidelines and quality standards.
• Quality Control: Inspect parts and products to ensure they meet required specifications. Identify and report defects.
• Maintenance: Perform routine inspections, adjustments, and preventive maintenance to keep equipment operating efficiently.
• Documentation: Accurately record production data, machine performance, and maintenance activities as required.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all company safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or automotive environment.
• Previous experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar role is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow supervisor instructions.
