Salary: $18.00-$19.00

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the property grounds
• Pick up trash and debris throughout the complex
• Perform basic landscaping and groundskeeping duties
• Complete minor building maintenance and repair tasks as needed
• Assist with property upkeep and general maintenance projects
• Ensure common areas are clean, safe, and presentable

Requirements:

• Previous grounds maintenance and/or building maintenance experience is required
• Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as needed
• Must be dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently

This is a temporary opportunity with a well-maintained apartment community. Candidates with prior apartment maintenance, groundskeeping, or facility maintenance experience are encouraged to apply.
