Position Summary

A confidential marine manufacturing client is seeking an Outfitter to install, fit, and assemble interior and exterior vessel components according to specifications and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Install marine components, hardware, seating, flooring, cabinetry, rails, and accessories.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
• Measure, fit, align, and secure components.
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
• Report defects, rework, and production issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all safety policies and wear required PPE.
• Participate in training, cross-training, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Manufacturing, marine, construction, carpentry, or assembly experience preferred.
• Ability to read measuring devices and technical drawings.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and lift throughout the workday.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
