Job Summary:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and dependable professional to join a team as a Full-Time Back Office Data Entry Specialist. This role focuses on maintaining accurate records, processing data, and supporting internal operations behind the scenes to ensure overall efficiency.

Duties:
• Enter and maintain accurate data into company systems.
• Review and verify information for accuracy and completeness.
• Update records and databases as needed.
• Organize and maintain digital and physical files.
• Assist with document processing and recordkeeping.
• Identify and correct data entry errors.
• Support internal team operations with administrative tasks.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Communicate with team members regarding data discrepancies.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
· Excellent organizational and time management skills.
· Ability to work independently and stay focused on repetitive tasks.
· Basic computer skills and proficiency in data entry.
· Technology skills: Microsoft Office, data systems, and ability to learn new software.
· Strong communication skills.
· Previous data entry or administrative experience preferred.
Pay:
$21.00 - $22.00 per hour (DOE)
Schedule:
Full-Time
Monday – Friday, standard business hours
