Job Summary:
We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented professional to join a team as a Part-Time Commercial and Residential Cleaner. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and presentation across a variety of properties, ensuring high standards are consistently met.

Duties:
• Perform cleaning services for both residential and commercial properties.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize surfaces in various environments.
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, common areas, and workspaces thoroughly.
• Restock supplies and maintain cleaning equipment.
• Follow cleaning checklists and client-specific instructions.
• Travel between job sites as scheduled.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all tasks.
• Ensure properties meet quality and cleanliness standards.
• Communicate with team members and supervisors regarding schedules and needs.
• Maintain professionalism when working in client homes and businesses.
• Follow safety guidelines and proper use of cleaning products.
• Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
· Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
· Ability to work independently and stay organized.
· Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
· Ability to handle physical tasks including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
· Good communication skills and professional demeanor.
· Previous cleaning experience preferred but not required.
· Must be able to pass a background check per client requirements.
· Must have dependable transportation and be willing to travel between locations.
Pay:
$25.00 per hour
