Position Overview
We are seeking dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associates to join our team in Chantilly, VA. This position is responsible for loading and unloading doors and windows, supporting warehouse operations, and ensuring materials are handled safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Load and unload doors and windows between warehouse areas, delivery trucks, and staging locations.
  • Assist with general warehouse and labor duties as assigned.
  • Read and follow delivery tickets and work instructions accurately.
  • Lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Follow company safety procedures and workplace policies.
  • Work efficiently as part of a team to meet daily production and delivery goals.
Requirements
  • Reliable transportation and strong attendance record.
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly throughout the shift.
  • Ability to read delivery tickets and follow directions.
  • Team-player mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • No forklift operation or driving responsibilities required.
Background Requirements
  • Candidates with theft-related, violence-related, or recent felony convictions within the past 7 years may not be eligible for this position.
