Job Summary:
We’re looking for a flexible, dependable, and detail-oriented professional to take on a Full-Time Floater position. This role supports multiple areas of operations, stepping in where needed to ensure efficiency across departments including warehouse, production, and general support tasks.

Duties:
• Support multiple departments including warehouse, production, and general operations.
• Assist with material handling, inventory, and product movement.
• Step into various roles as needed to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Operate basic tools, equipment, or machinery as required.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times.
• Assist with order preparation, packaging, and shipping tasks.
• Provide general labor support across teams.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and daily assignments.
• Ensure quality and accuracy in all tasks performed.
• Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
· Strong work ethic and reliability.
· Ability to adapt and work in a variety of roles.
· Good communication and teamwork skills.
· Ability to follow instructions and learn new tasks quickly.
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
· Basic mechanical or warehouse experience preferred but not required.
· Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks.
· Strong attention to detail and organization.
Pay:
$22.50 per hour
Schedule:
Full-Time
Monday – Friday, typical daytime hours
Flexibility may be required based on operational needs
