Position Summary
We are seeking dependable and hardworking Material Handlers/Warehouse Associates to join our team in Woodbridge, VA. This role involves loading and unloading materials, moving products throughout the warehouse using a manual pallet jack, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and following all company safety procedures.
The ideal candidate is physically capable of lifting heavy objects, pays close attention to detail, follows directions well, and works effectively as part of a team.
Responsibilities
  • Load and unload trucks, pallets, and materials safely and efficiently.
  • Lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds throughout the workday.
  • Operate a manual pallet jack to transport products and materials.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Follow supervisor instructions and company procedures.
  • Inspect products and materials for quality and accuracy.
  • Assist with warehouse organization and inventory movement.
  • Follow all workplace safety guidelines and report hazards immediately.
  • Perform general warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
  • Previous warehouse, material handling, or loading/unloading experience preferred but not required.
  • Experience using a manual pallet jack is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to follow directions and complete tasks independently.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Adaptable and willing to assist in various warehouse functions.
Physical Requirements
  • Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of heavy objects.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, and reach throughout the workday.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
