Express Employment is recruiting Shipping & Receiving candidates for a client located in Woodville, Wisconsin! This position requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to lift up to 50lbs, computer proficiency, and a willingness to be trained on forklift, pallet jacks, and genie lifts. 

Schedule: 

1^st Shift – 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (Monday – Thursday) 7:30 a.m - 4:00 p.m (Friday)

Pay: $19/hr 

Location: Woodville, Wisconsin

General Summary: Join a team that specializes in thin-film and adhesive converting. We are well established in multiple industries, such as Automotive, Medical, Industrial, Electronic, and Large-Format Signage. Along with the converting of materials, we can also assemble and package finished goods.

Job Duties:

• Perform accurate, efficient packaging operations, ensuring zero defects, proper labeling, neat boxing, and correct pallet stacking.

• Read and follow specification sheets, load tickets, and packaging procedures to maintain quality and consistency.

• Print and format labels correctly, coordinating with supervisors to ensure accurate Kanban, shelf, and special‑order information.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area, using required safety equipment and keeping walkways clear.

• Support a positive, team‑oriented work environment by demonstrating professionalism, cooperation, and adherence to GMP.

• Meet or exceed productivity goals, maintain accurate time and paperwork records, and follow attendance guidelines.

• Perform additional assigned tasks as needed to support daily operations and “Just In Time” workflow.

 Requirements:

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Solid computer skills.
• Requires the ability to differentiate colors.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing.
• Previous manufacturing/quality experience preferred.
• Regular and consistent attendance.
