Job Summary:
We’re looking for an experienced and detail-oriented professional to join a growing team as a Full-Time Lead Glazer. This role is responsible for overseeing glass installation projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and leading job site efficiency across residential and commercial projects.

Duties:
• Lead installation of glass, windows, storefront systems, and related materials.
• Measure, cut, and fit glass to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project plans.
• Supervise and assist team members on job sites.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and to quality standards.
• Maintain and enforce safety procedures and job site protocols.
• Coordinate with contractors, clients, and team members.
• Inspect completed work for accuracy and quality.
• Troubleshoot installation challenges and provide solutions.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and materials.
• Travel to job sites as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
· Strong experience in glazing, glass installation, or related field.
· Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
· Leadership skills with the ability to direct and support a team.
· Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
· Knowledge of safety standards and construction practices.
· Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
· Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
· Physically capable of lifting heavy materials and working on ladders.
· Valid driver’s license preferred.
Pay:
$25.00 per hour (DOE)
Schedule:
Full-Time
Monday – Friday, typical daytime hours
Overtime may be available based on project needs
