Job Summary:
We’re looking for a skilled and dependable Carpenter to join a restoration company in Belgrade, MT. This full-time position focuses on repairing and rebuilding residential and commercial properties following damage from water, fire, or other events. The role offers a mix of finish work, framing, and general construction in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Duties:
• Perform carpentry work including framing, trim, finish work, and general repairs.
• Rebuild and restore structures damaged by water, fire, or other incidents.
• Read and interpret basic construction plans and measurements.
• Measure, cut, and assemble materials accurately.
• Install drywall, cabinetry, doors, windows, and other structural components.
• Work alongside restoration and mitigation teams to complete projects.
• Maintain a clean and safe job site.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Communicate project progress and needs with supervisors.
• Ensure work meets quality and safety standards.
• Travel to local job sites as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
· Strong carpentry skills with experience in both rough and finish work.
· Ability to read tape measures, follow instructions, and complete detailed work.
· Knowledge of construction tools, materials, and safety practices.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
· Physically capable of lifting, bending, and working in various conditions.
· Restoration or construction experience preferred.
· Valid driver’s license preferred.
Pay:
$25.00 per hour
Schedule:
Full-Time
Monday – Friday, typical daytime hours
Overtime may be available depending on project needs
