Office Administrator Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Office Administrator to join a growing premier manufactured home community in Rockford, MI. This position serves as the primary administrative support for the community office, assisting residents, vendors, and internal staff while helping ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly.

Office Administrator Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls, take messages, and provide professional customer service to residents, vendors, and visitors
- Assist residents with questions, requests, paperwork, and general community-related inquiries
- Perform general administrative duties including filing, data entry, document management, and correspondence
- Monitor and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate communication between residents, vendors, service providers, and internal staff
- Assist with warranty and service-related documentation and follow-up
- Support new home closings by preparing paperwork, coordinating information, and assisting with scheduling activities
- Maintain accurate records and documentation within company systems
- Collect mail and distribute information as needed
- Help ensure the office operates efficiently while maintaining a positive experience for residents and guests
- Learn community processes, home options, warranties, and procedures to better support residents and staff
- Perform additional administrative and customer service duties as assigned
Schedule & Pay:
- Monday - Friday 8:30am-5pm
- $20/HR based on experience
Office Administrator Qualifications:
- Previous administrative, office support, customer service, reception, property management, leasing, or service coordination experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities throughout the day
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Professional demeanor with the ability to remain calm and courteous during difficult situations
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn new systems, processes, and industry-specific knowledge
