Job Summary:
We’re looking for a hardworking and dependable professional to join a growing team as a Full-Time Insulation Installer. This role involves installing insulation in residential and commercial projects, helping improve energy efficiency, comfort, and overall building performance.
The ideal candidate will be physically capable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a hands-on environment. If you enjoy working with tools, being part of a team, and taking pride in quality workmanship, this position offers stability and opportunity for growth.

Duties:
• Install various types of insulation including batt, blown-in, and spray foam (as applicable).
• Measure and cut insulation materials to fit walls, ceilings, and floors.
• Prepare work areas and ensure proper installation techniques are followed.
• Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load and transport materials to job sites.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times.
• Work with team members to complete projects on schedule.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Communicate with supervisors regarding job progress and needs.
• Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
· Strong work ethic and reliability.
· Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, and working in tight spaces.
· Comfortable working on ladders and in varying weather conditions.
· Basic construction or insulation experience preferred but not required.
· Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team.
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
· Valid driver’s license preferred.
Pay:
$23.00 per hour
Schedule:
Full-Time
Monday – Friday, typical daytime hours
Occasional overtime may be available
